Children's Church

During Children's Church, the children are taught a lesson from the Bible, do a related craft activity and enjoy a snack. When weather and time permits they go outside to play.

Children's Church is taught on a rotation basis. Children grades Kindergarten through 3rd are in one classroom, and grades 4th-6th are in another classroom.

Children in the older class study curriculum from a workbook.

Special Events

Some occasions call for a special celebration.

We typically celebrate Valentine's Day by making Valentine's for the church elders.

Crafts during children's church are typically centered around the current holiday, such as bunny noses during Easter and turkey handprints on ceramic tiles.

We also celebrate Christmas with a party. Children are given a small gift, and cake and punch are served. During the party, we divide up into teams and have a game of KaHoot! Christmas trivia using Miss Angi's iPads.

Train a child in the way appropriate for him, and when he becomes older, he will not turn from it. Proverbs 22:6
